Brain Injury Awareness Month, 2005

 

Observe this month with the Brain Injury Association of America.  This year, the "month" has been moved to March.  Special awareness activities are planned for each October.  In 2002, awareness kits regarding violence prevention and intentional brain injury were offered.   2003's awareness month focused on the I.M. Brainy Bear along with educational materials to teach preschool children how they can prevent brain injuries. 

 

Brain Injury Awareness 2004 and 2005's theme is:  Living with Brain Injury
