Substance Abuse
BIAOH has collaborated with the Ohio State University's Ohio Valley
Center for Brain Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation to conduct training sessions throughout the state of Ohio on the
subject of substance abuse. Substance abuse issues in individuals
with brain injury complicate treatment, recovery and prognosis.
Through these training sessions, we have discovered that there is a
great need for more information on this subject.
Below are some links which may provide vital and timely information
for professionals, care-givers, as well as survivors of brain injury and
their families.
