and Community Supports"
October 14-15, 2004
Columbus Airport Marriott Hotel
THANK YOU to all of our sponsors, exhibitors, speakers
and attendees! We hope you had a wonderful experience at this
year's conference. From what we heard, it was acclaimed, "The
best conference ever!"
The conference featured two keynotes, Kara
Swanson, author of, "I'll Carry the Fork!" and Derrick Dufresne,
nationally known self-determination expert. The conference included 40
workshops designed for professionals, people with brain injury, their
families and friends. Topics ranged from TBI 101, self-determination,
state-of-the-art developments in assistive technology, substance abuse,
seizures, depression & spasticity, program & policy developments. CEU
credits in several disciplines were approved. Many educational and fun
events were planned for all participants.
