  • In Columbus, Dr. Smith heads the Injury Free Coalition for Kids of Columbus with Dr. Jon Groner, also of Children's.
  • The Injury Free Coalition for Kids (IFCK) Program of Columbus at Columbus Children’s Hospital is housed within the Center for Injury Research and Policy (CIRP) and will build upon existing programs of the CIRP and the Trauma Program at Children’s Hospital.
  • Dr. Smith is also associated with the national organization Injury Free Coalition www.injuryfree.org.
