The Brain Injury Association of Ohio is proud to present the BIAOH 2019 TBI Summit: Navigating Brain Injury Is A Journey to Hope, Health and Healing. The BIAOH Summit features speakers from around the State of Ohio who will present valuable information on a wide range of topics including the science behind brain injury, information about how to manage brain injury, understanding and overcoming obstacles to recovery, and updates regarding the Ohio Brain Injury Program and Ohio’s Youth Concussion Law. This Summit provides cutting edge information that professionals in the area of brain injury can use to facilitate a survivor’s recovery as well as support and hope for survivors working to achieve optimal health and healing.

Continuing Education Credits
5.0 Hours of continuing education credits have been confirmed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. These credits are available to Licensed Independent Social Workers, Registered Social Worker Assistants, Licensed Social Workers, Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapists, Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors and Licensed Professional Counselors.
8.0 Hours of continuing education credits had been confirmed for Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Certified Brain Injury Specialists. These hours include attendance at the Poster Presentations and Lightning Talks. If you are unable to attend this session, CEU hours will be prorated as appropriate.
6.75 Hours of continuing education credits have been confirmed for Speech Language Audiologists and Pathologists.
6.25 Hours of continuing education have been approved for Nurses.
