Adult program for individuals 18 years old and older
9:00 am - 3:00 pm each day - both caregiver and survivor must attend all day each day.
Applications will be reviewed in October
Accepted Participants will be notified at the end of October of their acceptance.
July 15 -17, 2026 - Ohio State University
Pediatric program for children aged 6 - 18 years of age
9:00 am - 3:00 pm each day - both caregiver and survivor must attend all day each day.
Applications will be reviewed in May
Accepted Participants will be notified in June of their acceptance.
